Open the MetaMask widget, then expand the list of available networks and press the "Add network" button In the third step you need to enter Polygon network data. You can find them below:

Network name: Polygon

New RPC URL: https://polygon-rpc.com

Chain ID: 137

Symbol: MATIC Browse block: https://polygonscan.com/
