Blockchain

Blockchain is a shared, immutable ledger that facilitates the process of recording transactions and tracking assets in a digitally distributed network. Our platform is multi-blockchain platform and currently deploys projects on Ethereum and Polygon Blockchain.

Burn

The act of burning tokens effectively removes tokens from the available supply, which decreases the number in circulation. This deflationary act has a positive implication on the tokenomy.

Closed

Projects which have finished investment stages. Project’s tokens might be listed in DEX.

Current Fund Value

Mosaico Assets collects 1% of tokens from each project delivered by the platform and shares part of revenue with WMOS owners.

DAO

A decentralised autonomous organisation (DAO) is an organisation represented by rules encoded as smart contract that is transparent, controlled by the organisation members and not influenced by a central government. A DAO's financial transaction record and program rules are maintained on a blockchain.

Decimals

Decimals value is the number of digits that come after the decimal place when displaying token values on-screen.

Deflation

Has positive influence on the project. A greater amount of tokens being burned in the project than minted. It means, that in the long run tokens will be more valuable.

DEX

Decentralised exchanges (DEX) are a type of cryptocurrency exchange which allows for direct peer-to-peer cryptocurrency transactions to take place online securely and without the need for an intermediary.

Governance Token

Governance tokens provide token holders with certain rights to influence the future of particular project. This could include decision in regards to the new products or features to develop, how to spend a budget, which integrations or partnerships should be pursued, and more.

Hard cap

Hard cap is the maximum possible funding that a team is looking to collect.

ICO

Initial Coin Offering - attempts to raise capital by selling a new tokens, which investors may purchase in the hope that the value of the tokens will increase, or to later exchange for services offered by that company.

Initial supply

Number of tokens in circulation when tokens start to be traded.

Investor can choose a special offer in order to receive extra goods when buying certain amount of tokens.

Participant of the project fund gathering.

ITO

Initial Token Offering - attempts to raise capital by selling a new tokens, which investors may purchase in the hope that the value of the tokens will increase, or to later exchange for services or products offered by that company.

Locked in Packages

Value of all services or products coming from packages added to previously purchased tokens presented in currency.

Locked in vesting

Vesting is the process of locking and releasing tokens after a given time. Just like in traditional finance, vesting in the crypto world is often used to ensure long-term commitment to a project from team members.

Max. Invest

Maximum value of an investment. e.g. If one token costs $0.1 and the maximum investment value is $500 it means you can purchase up to 5000 tokens.

Min. invest

Minimum value of an investment. e.g. If one token costs $0.1 and the minimum investment value is $50 it means you have to invest in at least 500 tokens.

Mint

Increasing total supply of tokens in circulation. Usually happens when a new stage of the project is achieved and it has economical justification to increase supply. Sometimes requires approval by the community and ensuring additional liquidity.

Mintable = Mint

MOS Token

Native token of the platform. Token can be utilised for payment for the projects internally in the platform or to generate other tokens - WMOS & GMOS.

Number of buyers

Total amount of people, who purchased tokens.

Payment Token

Payment tokens allow individuals to make payments using their digital currency.

POS

The mechanism to receive a reward in exchange for frozen tokens. The reward is generated on a periodical basis and split between all stakers proportionally to the amount of owned frozen tokens. The reward can be represented by MOS or other tokens and after claiming it, will be deposited directly into the user wallet. POS will be enabled after 6 months from the project start.

Pre-Sale

Projects that are available for limited investors. Preferable pricing.

Privat Sale

Projects that are available for restricted amount of investors, who usually had profound influence on the Project. The best possible pricing.

Project stages

Project stages determined at the beginning of the project. There is possible situation, that with project development new project stages will appear.

Sale

Projects that currently are in sale. Available for everyone.

Secondary Market

Projects already enabled for DEX. DEX is decentralised Exchange market like Uniswap or Pancake.

Security Token

Security tokens are those whose purpose is to grant rights identical to the rights incorporated by securities or based on the rights resulting from participation in a limited liability company

Softcap

Minimum value, that must be achieved, so gathered capital will be received by project’s authors. If softcap is not reached by the project, investors will be returned their money. Soft cap is 30% of Hard cap and is one of mechanisms used to secure investors.

Sold tokens

Total amount of tokens, that were sold to investors.

Staked value

Value of all staked tokens presented in currency.

Name of the token, might not be unique.

Token Price

Price per one token.

Token symbol

Symbol representing token, might not be unique

Token type

Digital unit of value that lives on the blockchain. There are four main types: payment tokens, utility tokens, security tokens, non-fungible tokens.

Tokenomics

Economy of Tokens. Defined at the beginning of the project. Can’t be changed.

Total

Sum of all purchased tokens in currency.

Total assets

Sum of all assets collected by the user, from all projects they participated.

Total assets

Value of all assets (other projects' tokens) owned by company in tokens.

Total Funds Raised

Sum of all funds raised by all projects launched on Mosaico platform.

Total supply

Total supply refers to the number of tokens that currently exist and are either in circulation or locked somehow. Total supply is the sum of tokens that were already issued minus the total of coins that were burned.
