ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan) - How do we intend to use the MOS token to better engage, loyalize and reward the Mosaico team?

As a Mosaico company, we believe that people are the measure of success for any organization. Hence, we have developed a special program where every Mosaico employee will have the opportunity to be paid and rewarded in the MOS token.

From newly issued tokens, we allocate 10% to employee bonuses, out of which:

  • 1% goes to the loyalty wallet. Tokens are distributed equally to current Mosaico employees and paid out after each month they worked.

  • 9% goes to employee bonuses in the MOS token.
