Project tokenization philosophy on Mosaico

Self Tokenization!

Issuers are the ones raising capital through tokenization, so we intended self-service tokenization. The Mosaico software is available in a SAAS (Software as a service) model, which makes it scalable and low cost.

Self-service tokenization is equally important from a regulatory perspective. As such, there is a so-called Over-the-Counter (OTC) unorganized trading market where Issuers can raise capital by even issuing financial instruments.

Mosaico 3.0 focuses on providing tools, not opinions, for projects. However, self-service project issuance carries some risks. In order to maintain the quality of the issuance, thousands of collaborators - MOS Tokenaries - come to our assistance. Thanks to GMOS (governance token function typical for DAO projects) they will approve projects that enter the platform and may even improve them while working for a trurely decentralized Mosaico organization, getting paid for their work in MOS tokens of course.

Blockchain cares about the state of ownership, transparency, and convenience. We tokenize innovative projects characterized by change! Where people's decision is needed, we involve the community, that is, MOS token hodlers. As Mosaico, we remain neutral, becoming first and foremost a provider of decentralized and democratized technology.
