How do tokenizing projects work with Mosaico?

Tokenization at Mosaico starts with a strategy workshop, where the legal, business and technological concept of the entire fundraise is created.

The next step is the preparation of the issue. Creating documents (Whitepaper, regulations, privacy policy) and Token Page, which is a showcase of each project. The whole process of issue preparation together with the concept workshop takes approximately 1 month.

The third step is to initiate the sale of tokens and marketing activities.

Another stage is to open a secondary market, where investors can trade their tokens. This is the DEXchange phase, which means that the project has successfully completed the collection, exceeding the soft cap, and is eligible to enter the secondary market. This process is determined individually by the Issuer and can not take place later than one month after the end of the fundraising.

The next round of financing - is organized for successful projects that wish to raise new funds for further expansion. The phases of the next round of financing are determined individually for each project. We allow the private sale and pre-sale phases to be the part of the next rounds, where the rules correspond to those currently prevailing for each phase (described above).
