Private Sale

This is the first investment round, with preferential pricing. Only GMOS holders have access to this phase. The maximum number of Investors in the private sale is 149. Minimum and maximum purchase amounts are determined individually for each project. (How to obtain GMOS is described in detail in the section Staking of token MOS to GMOSand Staking of MOS token to TMOS.)

Pre-sale

This is the second investment round, with favorable prices, in relation to ICO. It is intended for investors who subscribed to the newsletter of the project.

ICO

Open sale round, available to all investors who set up a wallet on the Mosaico platform. The minimum purchase amount depends on the project, while the maximum investment is PLN 100,000. It is possible to join ICO rounds multiple times. Later on, the Issuer may also decide, to conduct further rounds of financing of the project.
