The Mosaico Code of Conduct

Version alpha, 1.0

Best pracices DAO

The Good Practices of the DAO is a set of rules of conduct addressed both to Mosaico and to issuers together with members of the management bodies of these entities and to token holders. They refer to the broadly understood management of token issues and their aim is to strengthen the transparency of issues, improve the quality of communication between issuers and token holders, and strengthen the protection of token holders' rights also in matters not regulated by the law. Issuers of projects tokenized on the Mosaico platform as well as Mosaico itself are subject to the DAO Best Practices and related regulations. Application of these principles by issuers is voluntary (not mandated by any law), but Mosaico cautions that violation of these principles may and likely will result in the blocking of issuance on the Mosaico platform.

Definitions are the subject of a separate chapter: Definitions

I. Strict rules for tokenizing projects on the Mosaico platform

All entities on the Mosaico platform are committed to respecting the dignity of the other person.

II. Principles of project management on the Mosaico platform

All project documents are fairly and clearly presented to tokenizers, both on the blockchain and in information directed to tokenizers.

The rules written in the white paper and issuance rules can only be changed after a community vote and approval of the changes.

Tokens may be issued or issued within the limits specified in the white paper.

The issuer is liable with all its assets for obligations arising from issued tokens.

III. Principles of operation of the DAO Mosaico organization

DAO is a non-profit organization that is migrated to the blockchain as much as possible.

The DAO operates through a council of experts and a community. The Board of Experts directs the activities of the DAO and initiates votes within the DAO community.

The DAO does not carry out activities other than those explicitly stated in this document and in the DAO organization rules available here.
